I have a question about the how to find losing traders to push the price in your favour. For example GJ takes out the ATH and fakes out, with the possible stop losses marked out, at which point do you take the trade? I am on of those who would most likely take the trade based on the previous candle closing above resistance so when would you buy if you was to carry on with the previous plan to buy once the ATH is taken out and when would you sell once the candles begin to show bearish?

Please watch this video over and over again. The little details that Rayner talks about here is what most of beginner traders miss. It's the nuances in price action that is very important. I have come so far watching Rayner's videos and verified that most of the concepts explained actually works and the same thing are said by profitable traders in various books.

Just wanted to share this with you Rayner. A stock i've been following was in a nice slow and steady uptrend. All of a sudden.. On the daily chart 3 Huge red candles into resistance. So, remembering what you said about something likely to bounce back after that hard of a drop into resistance I went long. Well, guess what. Good call

Thanks Rayner.... I just applied in live market & really works well when I seen Higher lows into resistance level & it brokes all the way and went huge level.... (before seeing ur video I was in buy position which almost in loss level & I decided to quit the trade)
