Witchita Mountains | Crab Eyes Trail and Sunset Peak | Is it right for your dog? and Recommendations

The crab eyes trail is moderately challenging, but the way we went to climb up to Sunset Peak is more difficult. If you are looking for a challenge, try the Crab Eyes trail first.
Dog Accessories I recommend:
Kurgo Baxter Dog Backpack
1- 2 liters of water per dog
Dog booties if you plan to head off trail
If you have more than one dog, I recommend the 2 Fur Doodie dog harness, which allows that dog to carry the poop bags and there is a pocket for waste bags and trash that need to be thrown away once you get back to the trailhead.
