A Perfect Statement of the Dharma
Ram Dass begins by exploring the melodrama of life and the transformation that occurs when we stop holding so tightly to the models we have. He talks about how we get hooked on romantic love because it’s the only way we know how to connect to the place in ourselves where we are love. When we divest ourselves of attachment to who we think we are, we have more immediate access to that place of love.
“When the transformation has occurred and you’re not busy being anybody, then the only thing that’s coming through is God. Then, just like a river or a tree, you are a perfect statement of the dharma, of the flow. And then you are never out of the flow of the universe again.” - Ram Dass
(9:13) - Giving Space to the Universe
Ram Dass talks about anger and power, and how we all have this “stuff” that sucks other people into our melodrama. Gurus are like pure mirrors, because they don’t have any of this stuff. Ram Dass explores how the only way we’re going to feel truly at home in this world is for our soul to acknowledge its true identity, which comes from letting go of our models and giving space to the universe.
“The game has been designed so that what you are at this moment is perfection itself. You merely have to give up your models in order to recognize yourself. It’s as simple as that. Honor it, love it. Don’t judge it. Don’t judge it, just allow it. Give it space, give it all space. Give the universe space.” - Ram Dass
(19:45) - We All Come From God
Ram Dass leads a guided meditation focused on breathing in energy through the heart, then breathing out peace and love to all who are suffering. He closes by chanting the song, “We All Come From God.”
“Focus on your heart, and breathe in and breathe out, as if you were breathing through your heart. But, as you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in God’s breath. You’re breathing in light, energy, truth, love. Breathe that in, let it pour through your body.” - Ram Dass

What a peaceful, energetic soothing talk followed by BEing with the use of singing. Thank you, Ram Dass, and all with Be Here Now talks. I felt a powerful energetic shift inside me. I’ve been doing inner work and meditation for years and most shifts are small and gradually, so not as noticeable. Then there are shifts that move every quantum cell and I am fully aware of each one, inside each cell. I am blessed and I am thankful. I feel full right now🙏🏽💗🙏🏽
We all come from God and unto Him we shall return
Like a river flows into the ocean
Like a ray of light returning to the Sun
Is this the one where he sings that! Awesome; I need to relisten to the one where he sings Rama Rama Ram to that Christian hymn tune

Thanks Jai Jaya Maharajiji
Ram Ram 😉
He is talking about the breathing, when he does the short meditation around 30:00 - "IN AND OUT THRU YOUR HEART" that the HeartMath Institute has released as if this is brand "new" information and Ram Dass was talking about it "way back then"!
What makes you think they present it as brand new information? There were people doing it before Ram Das too and that's okay.
The grace is accepting what is. No matter what form it takes. Then we are not trapped in the form. That's what happened to ram dass with the stroke
💖💖💖💖
Wow, I love this ❤
i love you🙏❤️🐬
💚🙏
We are in the way or we are in the way I say
Namaste, I'm trying to find the story's of ram dass, guru in the playlists ?????

Isn’t that ”suffering is grace” said in more/other words? Or was it the possibilities thing that really caught you? Cause I’m not sure I heard that one yet. 🙏🌍
I've known "We all come from God" for a very long time!
Now Dass good
31:25 wait for the song
Intros are always amazing
I liked them at first, just didn't realize it would be every video so I started going to comments to find where to skip to.
Yah, like Raghu Sauce in a Spaghetti 🍝 Western 🐴 with Yogi Yogurt for 🏜️ desert!

Jesus Christ is the true light. The light of god. The path.
With all respect for the person introducing, but I have to say that it is a very annoying introduction, and the quality of this podcast would be much higher if the introduction was about 1 minute and not 10. (unless it was interesting...)
It really is, I always fast forward until I hear Richard.
So true. They always seem so incongruous with the talks themselves. Unfortunately Raghu has appointed himself gatekeeper and continues his droning self-absorbed intros despite numerous comments asking him to keep it short and relevant. All you have to fo is look at how many likes the shortcut comments get to see many feel this way
Fully agree, look back at the earliest episodes and find my RD start time comment
Raghu should tell his own story elsewhere not before these RD talks AND these RD talks should be presented complete instead of these truncate versions
I apologise on their behalf Raghu. We love you 🙏❤️
Maybe talk to the customer service department and ask for a refund? 🤣😂🤣
You can always tell when you are listening to bs, the speaker never gets around to saying what he keeps meaning to say but just keeps setting it up. Yawn.
Still getting caught
See below. Note to self
Alrighty then 🤣😁
When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Your heart and mind must be open to hear/feel the message that baba Ram Dass has so beautifully conveyed here. Blessings and love to you dear one 💜☮️🙏
He actually says in one talk that the words are just there to keep the mind quiet and for me that’s really what it is, plus I learn soooooooo sooooo much, BUT only his voice and words does that for me so maybe you’ll find someone else that does that for you? Anyway. The point is always just LOVE and GOD and compassion. Nothing more, nothing less. ❤️
