I am in absolute awe of this whole thing. In how he built it, by hand, all the workmanship, with stones and a lot of sweat and grit and all attention to detail, in every aspect of this breathtaking home. Great work and beautiful, inside and out. This would be my PERFECT home. I love rustic homes and all the stones, just make it very natural and welcoming. And the landscaped paths?WOW!! Absolutely gorgeous and inviting. 🏠❤️☀️🌅🌻🌼🌻🌼 I want this man to come here to the USA, and build me a little cottage as this. It would be perfect as a second home, away from home. Reminds me of the tiny villas, OFF the BEATEN path, in Tuscany, and except, WITHOUT the terra cotta rooftops. 🏠😁❤️

I have nothing but the maximum respect for this guy . Pretty incredible how he only used a few power tools ..... loved the little shark saw he used to make the joints form the windows ., most of the tradesmen I know would be crying if they didnt have all of their kit available . We are so spoilt !

So many people in Asia have those skills. Where I'm from, most people take up whatever job they can to make ends meet and that's how they pick up all those different skills over time.

I have watched maybe 8-10 renovations, I love how they created something beautiful out of a disaster. These guys work so hard and from what I see work from morning till night. So proud of what they have all achieved, and renovating in their villages they keep them alive. 💯% Happy 2022.
Watching this reminds me that the warmest home/house I have ever lived in was my grandparents last house. No central heating, no double glazing or insulation, built with wattle walls and daub applied to render it dry and wind proof. At a mere 700 or so years old it withstood the test of time and could still be kept warm enough to live in merely by using 2 electric heaters (and nana and granddad were in their 90s at the time so it wasn't cold). It's the older houses, like the one here, which - if restored properly and looked after - are warmer and dryer in many cases than ones built in last century. Congratulations Sir, you had done a great job on the house (and my father, grandfather, uncles are builders so I know what you are doing and the benefits of this over modern practices) and I wish the inhabitants many many happy years living in it.

Okay, so I was impressed with part 1 as watching this man stacked stone by stone. Then the landscaping at the beginning here was incredibly ingenious implanting the local grass to the well design stone garden. But then I was blown away by the window frames that he both manual cut and assembled as well as designing his own sawing table to cut exactly what he needed to replicate the same patterns he had done manually. This person is Jack of all trades (and seems inhuman).
basic carpentry makes him seem inhuman to you? and it is only BASIC carpentry. stacking stone on stone is a trade...10 of thousands of years old anyone can do it not many can do it well and very few are masters at this craft. take the time to study this ccp propaganda you will discover a formula is being used much like a harliquin romance cheap novel ...including water feature decorative entrance/arch stone walkway....but never mind the actual quality of the construction.... if you do not believe me show these videos to professionals and ask their opinion , i only studied architecture and worked in the building trades for 40 years so what would i know.

As a teenager I did the same kind of work in Southern France with my uncle as a summer job we were at least 10 men on the job site and I tell you what this is hard work so kudos to him he's a one man band my only concern is for those old shingles that roof looks pretty tired if you ask me other than that good job that house was built like a tank I bet $100 that 200 years from now that house will still be there...

Master craftsman! I could watch you for hours! This reminded me of my Grandfather who was a Pattern Maker and he made beautiful furniture with patterns inlayed using different coloured woods. Thank you for sharing your never ending talents! 💜
I’m in awe of such a skilled and hardworking man. The lack of safety equipment and procedures would keep health and safety busy in my country for months…. He seemed to manage just fine. I loved the beautiful window frames. Those joints were exquisite.
He’s also fucked his lungs from the lime and a good earthquake will bring those walls down.

As a teenager I did the same kind of work in Southern France with my uncle as a summer job we were at least 10 men on the job site and I tell you what this is hard work so kudos to him he's a one man band my only concern is for those old shingles that roof looks pretty tired if you ask me other than that good job that house was built like a tank I bet $100 that 200 years from now that house will still be there...
