Driving In Algiers - Exploring the Expressways Of The City

In this video, I'm exploring all the expressways of the central parts of Algiers. Expressways are wide roads composed of two carriageways, similar to motorways but with less traffic, a smaller speed limit, and located in densely populated areas of a city. Algiers has built many expressways in the last decades in order to link various densely populated neighborhoods between then and link all these neighborhoods to the major suburban motorways. In this video, I'm tourning most of the city in just 40 minutes. These expressways are amazingly practical on a weekend day. Unfortunately, and because Algiers is frequented by millions of cars every day, most of these expressways become totally congested during rush hour.
