I'm a big believer in using FullStory. I use it ALL THE TIME on websites for clients. It sometimes blows my mind when something I think was awesome or intuitive is obviously confusing to users after seeing their FullStory log... Haha
Not heard about FullStory before, this is amazing. We do a lot of user-testing the old fashion way, but this seems super interesting taking it to the next level! Thanks for sharing! :)
I used Prospero recently (paid and still paying for the monthly plan, just for the ability to download proposals as PDF) and thought it was really well made - it worked very well. The only thing it's missing (from my point of view) is the ability to easily make proposals in other languages (french in my case). I think that's one of the main things that limit the growth of the product. A lot of people speak english and watch content in english, but live and work in a different language, and in that case they cannot use Prospero to build their proposal :/
And as for FullStory, may I ask why you chose to use it over Hotjar? It seems like Hotjar offers everything that Fullstory offers, plus heatmaps and additional statistics, so I am just wondering.
Emile - I think this blog post might be a helpful "What are Web Heatmaps, Really? What Do Heatmaps do? What Could They Do Better?" - blog.fullstory.com/what-are-web-heatmaps-how-do-they-work-pros-cons-alternatives/
Flux , thanks for the response. What someone should do if he don't know anyone who can recommend him to a client. I mean there should be something which beginners can start on with to build clients community-based.

The feedback vlaue of fullstory is incredible, but I still believe that you should ask users directly if they want to be recorded.

I wish more software companies followed your strategy, less focus on the features and more on the reliability and functionality of the product.
Is this a promotion by Fullstory? Be honest!
+Jack Shimosa no
Thanks for the video. I like to know if RUclips is helping you to land more clients ? Or is it possible to land clients through RUclips & how ? Thanks
+Photolation the answer is no. But that's not my goal.
