Quick opinion on the differences between AirPods Pro Gen 2 and Beats Fit Pro. Which is the clear winner in 2022?
#airpods #airpodspro #beatsfitpro
BEST AirPods Pro Wing Tips (make them securely fit in your ear like beats fit pro): ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html
I have both and I’ve been using my AirPods Pro 2nd gen more. The only thing I like more about my beats fit pro is that they fit more securely, not to say that AirPods Pro aren’t secure but the fit pro with the wing tips gives it that added security. In terms of sound quality, AirPods Pro sounds better in terms of clarity. Like and prefer the bass from the beats but overall, AirPods Pro are a win for me
Same as me the bass of beats fit pro is unbalanced and some of this youtubers are saying that the bass of beats are better, for me clarity and balance goes to Airpods Pro 2 and it’s not even close
Really appreciate you on getting straight to the point ❤️❤️ I watched the whole video and I completely agree
Thank you!! glad to know i'm not the only one 😌
I was doubt about buying the beats one.. I tried the air pods and they’re extremely balanced and transparency mode is clearly the best at the market.
Thanks to share your experience this really help me.
Great video brother. I just learned that you can actually control the volume with the Fit Pro. I think youll have to go to settings configure it. The right bud will turned it up and left down.
I just got my AP2 and just started using them today. Pretty good so far. I’ll mainly use them for calls while driving so we’ll see how they perform.
Just returned the Bose QC II because they let me down big time.
Thanks Luiz! I learned that too recently when I was trying to film a final review/thoughts on the beats fit pro. I don't think its anywhere near as intuitive as AP2 though with press and hold which is probably why they don't have that control turned on by default. Yes, in the car the AP 2 works well! just annoying when phone audio switches to the car instead of the earbuds :/ probably avoidable by turning the car's bluetooth off though.
And really? I heard the Bose QCII have the best noise cancelling but they do look bulky and might not be the best for comfort and stability. What was it that let you down with them?
Thanks for the review. Exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks for the comment! glad I could be of help :)
Solid review bud. I have the Airpods Pro 2 but was considering purchasing the Beats Fit Pro exclusively for use in the gym. Think I'll stick with my APP2 and buy the BFP2 if/when they come out in the future. Pro tip: Comply memory foam ear tips drastically enhance the ANC on the Airpods Pro 2, highly recommend!
Thank you! and ya, I been hearing about those comply tips, might have to give em a try. As for gyming with the APP2, I posted a vid on the wing tip accessory you can buy from amazon that makes them fit just as securely as the beats fit pro for me: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html&t
Really great review. Was considering both and I think you helped me decide.😊
Happy to hear! Thanks so much for watching 🙏
Thanks for a great review Seif! I've been on the fence between these two and have read/watched various other reviews. However, your review covered all of the points that were important to me and in a way that made sense. So, I bought the AirPods Pro 2 and am really enjoying them.
Thanks so much for watching and the kind comment Kerry! Happy to hear 🙏
Great video bro! Kudos for explaining as good as you did, looking forward on future videos.
Thanks a ton Miguel! 🙏
Nicely done.. glad I subscribed! 😊
Thanks a million! 🙏
excellent comparisons
Thank you Grace!
I agree. Comfort, noise cancelling and I like the sound signature better of airpods pro 2.
I went from the APP to the BFP specifically for sleep. I sleep in earphones and grew tired of waking up each morning and having to go hunting for the buds after they inevitably fell out of my ears overnight. The BFP stay in all night.
That being said, my daily headphones are the APM with the BFP being used almost exclusively for sleep.
Interesting! do you just turn off the controls entirely when you go to sleep with the BFP? I imagine they would just keep playing and pausing and going in and out of noise cancelling when you sleep in them otherwise.
On a related note, I posted a vid here about the wing tip attachments for the APP, they make them fit as securely as the BFP for me: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html
Beats fit pro have volume control on the buds. You have to set it up on your apple phone settings for the earbuds.
Hey Lynette, that's right, sorry! corrected myself in my review of the buds and responded to someone else who raised this below.
I did forget to mention here that you can adjust the beats fit pro settings to get some degree of volume control on the buds itself. I tried it and can't say the press on hold on either bud to adjust the volume is adequate for me (and likely most people which is why they have it turned off by default), especially since you'd be doing away with ability to turn on/off noise cancelling and it's just not all that accurate at setting exact volume level since you're pressing and holding then removing you're finger to hopefully land on desired volume. I imagine that's why they didn't extend that press and hold volume function to the airpods pro first gen.
I have the AirPods Pro 1 and the Kim k editions and I love my Kim’s, they don’t fall out my ears are comfy enough and longer battery life, noise control isn’t as good which suck but hopefully in the second gen it will be better
Agreed! excited to see what they bring to the second gen version too.
Nice clip, no nonsense.
Thank you sir!
thank you
thanks for watching!
thx man subed
Thanks a million man!
Great review I have both Beats fit pro and the AirPods Pro 2 they are amazing great upgrade from the generation 1st they have more bass and more battery life and the volume up and down side thing very good 👍 and I felt asleep with them and they feel great 👍
Nice review.. BTW, you look like Jon Snow from GOT 😅
Thanks a lot Hemu! I do know some things 😅🙏

Lol thanks a ton Mara! I hope you're right 🙏
Here from your previous video:
Another great video, but I’ll say everyone’s ears are different. BFP are actually more comfy (less pain) to me than the AP2 for long term use. AP2 fall after 10 minutes of use while BFP never fall off.
Tested AP2 on left ear and BFP on right ear and here are my insights:
1. Bass better on BFP
2. Trebles better on BFP
3. Midrange better on AP2
So BFP are louder and you can hear all the instruments clearer, while on the AP2 you hear the vocals clearer and bass is more balanced. You got to try listening with both earphones on to compare. Reasons I went with BFP:
1. 5% better battery life. Equivalent to 20-30 minutes, an extra zoom call.
2. Comfort. They don’t fall off and after a while you forget you’re wearing them. At first the hooks actually hurt a bit, but then your ears get used to it.
3. I am a fan of Trebles (Preference) so you’ll hear more instruments when listening to music than on the AP2.
@@efmajacksonrosario1390 love this breakdown of your experience! thanks so much for sharing it here for others to see Efmajackson 🙏.. btw if interested, I did recently make a airpods pro ear tips video which provides a range of fit options for those experiencing any issue with comfort or them falling out.
Did you check out the ChenJen Pro AirFoams Pro Ultra? I’ve tried a couple options, but nothing can beat the comfort of the BFP…
@@efmajacksonrosario1390 ya i tried those but my ultimate pick was the Azla Sedna Xelastic APP2 ear tips
Those were a close second, but occasionally they were get stuck in my ears and after long term use (3 hours) would loosen up.
I agree with you 100%
Glad to hear 🙏 and thanks for watching!
I had both and ended up giving away the Pro 2 because no matter what they don’t stay in my ears. The Beats stay more securely and they have never fallen out. I use them daily now and am very happy with them
Agreed Corey! the beats fit pro have a way more secure fit for a lot more people because of the wing tips.
The AirPods Pro 2 do have wing tip attachments which I made a vid about, but that would be cumbersome to put on and off the buds for everyday use.
@@seifbuys yeah I’m not doing that every time I need to use my earphones. I still have the AirPods Pro 1 that I use for work calls if need be.
@@krmtdfrg ya makes sense 💯
I have AirPods Pro first gen. And once I got the beats fit pro I never really wore the AirPods anymore as could not work out in them. They were always falling out of my ears while cycling/ running/ anything thing really. So if anything I’ll wait for the next gen bests fit pro
I agree! and that's why I bought the beats fit pro.. It's just with the second gen airpods improvements, I found myself preferring all the new features and so been working out and running in them with the silicon wing tips accessory which I recently reviewed here: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html . Pretty much makes the airpods pro fit like the beats fit pro, but ofcourse you have to keep putting them on and off everytime so only worth it if airpods pro generally fit in your ear but only fall out when doing intense/ semi intense exercise.
@@seifbuys the beats fit are running for 100 bucks right now. With spinfit eartips beats fit are more comfortable than with the stock and they improve sound quality and noise cancellation. So for 150 dollars cheaper it’s hard to say they are worth that right now unless you just have money to blow.
@@martelljhixson fair enough point. Agreed, I indeed did not go over price as a talking point in this comparison. The beats fit pro def have the lower price point going for them too! gotta love these black friday deals.
@@martelljhixson Where did you see that price?
Own both and I can relate to this. The AirPods Pro 2 are better IMO, however for someone who does physical activity quite frequently, the AirPods Pro 2 fall out of my ears with the slightest movement and sweat while the Beats Fit Pros stays in nearly 99% of the time. Little hack AP2 will be completely secure in my ears thanks to Silicone Hook. For now I need to find a skin or sticker for my AP2 cause I'm bored with white airpods, I want black AP2, do you have any suggestions?
Thanks for the comment! I actually just posted a video about the AirpodsPro 2 ear hooks/wing tips here: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html
They're available in both black and white on amazon.. I linked in the description of that vid. The brand I tried was Ahastyle.. what's the one you got?
As for AirPods Pro 2 skins, the only option I see is 'phantom skinz' right now. I've bought from them before and they're legit.
@@seifbuys Thanks for the info. I just notice that this is ur first video on Yt, you just gain new subscriber. Good luck bro! 🤜
@@nocturn9385 Thanks man, appreciate it! Btw, also just found this site which is selling wider variety of skin designs than Phantom Skinz: www.slickwraps.com/collections/airpods-pro-2nd-gen . Can't say I've bought from them before, but I'm gonna buy one and make a video about it soon.
The only thing that makes think about getting the beats fit pro is that they dont have wireless charge
Yep, sad but true.
Which one is best for music? I like bass❤
Hey Edwina! if you're talking just bass, the beats fit probably is just a bit better than the airpods pro 2. But for me, overall quality of music across all genres, I prefer the airpods pro 2
You said the bass is cleaner on the pros 2 but which has more bass the pros 2 or fit pro?
Okay so the bass is more pronounced on the beats fit pro.. that is to the detriment of the mid range. But ya, bass is still cleaner on airpods pro 2 imo.
I think the pro 2 battery maintenance is a bummer
battery maintenance? there an issue with battery life on the airpods pro 2? I had my airpods pro 1 since they originally launched (used daily) and no issues.. managed to resell em for $100 as well when i upgraded to the pro 2
I like using the beats fit pro for workout at the gym my AirPods Pro 2 falls off too much
Ya I hear ya, that's why I bought the wing tips for the AirPods Pro 2. Makes them fit as securely as the Beats Fit Pro imo. Made a video about em here: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html. Pretty much just put them on for gym then take em off for rest of day.
I made a comparison review about the AirPods Max vs AirPods Pro 2 would love to hear your thoughts
Thanks for the comment Elijah! Might just post a vid on that too at some point, but off the cuff here my thoughts are the APP2 are the much better value and probably ideal choice for most people. The Max are more for apple purists and enthusiasts that love a good over ear headphone. I prefer them (the max) mainly for flights and when i'm in an exceptionally noisy area or if it's super cold outside and I could benefit from having my ears covered, or sometimes my ear holes just get fatigued from the app2 and a switch over to the max is just what i need. That's my 2 cents 🤙 🙏
Batterly life. What about batterly life? Thats the deal breaker for most folks and didnt hear anything about it. What was your take?
Thanks for the comment Carlos!
Yes sorry forgot to mention battery life! First video so was bound to miss something hah. To be honest, I don't consider battery life that big of differentiator for modern day earbuds though. Like in my experience all true wireless earbuds I've tried in recent memory have more than enough battery life that I do not find it a nuisance. I checked the technical specs between these 2 and looks like they are more or less the same as I would expect based on my personal experience (I've never had either one die on me, but I never wear them for more than 3 hours at a time and even that's rare for me). Ultimately, I personally wouldn't decide on one over the other based on battery life, ofcourse unless you're planning on using it nonstop for long stretches of time.. like back to back zoom meetings at work or something like that. Even then, I find it hard to believe an extra hour or two on one over the other would sway my purchase decision either way, especially with the quick charge function that most earbuds, including both of these, have. Where 5 min quick charge gives you around 1hr of listening or talk time. Anyway, that's my take!
Glazing all video for Apple
I think the water resistance is better on the beats. I think that is the only advantage over the AirPods Pro 2.
Thanks for the comment Tim! Pretty sure the earbuds for both are IPX4 water resistant so no difference. If anything, the AirPods Pro 2 is better since the case is also IPX4 water resistant, whereas the beats fit pro case is not water resistant at all.
You can adjust the volume on Beats Fit Pro as well. This review is misleading.
Hi Madhusha, sorry, you're right, got me on that one. I did forget to mention that you can adjust the beats fit pro settings to get some degree of volume control on the buds itself.
Beats fit pro hurt! Think I’m returning mine. AirPods Pro comfortable and can come out but feel way better and sound great!
yep, I returned my beats fit pro just yesterday. Gotta love the Costco 90 day return policy! plus you can have wingtips on the airpods pro if you really want with the accessory I show in this other video: ruclips.net/video/AoOSZswrYgI/видео.html
I prefer the beats fit pros better it’s a perfect fit for my ears
Thanks for watching Manuel! and adding your perspective for others to see 🙏
You are good no joke you are really good . if i can advice you to keep up and -after God’s well-you will be one of the famous reviewers.
Thanks a lot! I will be doing my best.
Just bought them on Amazon for $200 they are on sale now
very nice!
I have them both....but as far as fit and comfort is concerned, I grade the Beats fit pro much better then AirPods Pro 2. Sound quality is almost the same...Call quality on beats fit pro is surprisingly better. AirPods Pro keeps falling out and is absolutely a no no for any physical activity. AirPods are okay indoors or when there is no activity happening...If affordable keep them both
Thanks for adding your experience!
John Snow!!!!!!
haha flattered Mikee, real flattered 🙇♂️ 🙏
illojuan
No nonsense review, thanks to you I bought AirPods pro 2 after watching this review.
Thanks for watching Aditya! much appreciated 🙏
I sense a bias 😂
haha 🤷
Beats sound like 2 tin cans compared to air pod pro 2.
Hey Jon snow, next time go to the point.
You go over the same subject over and over.
lol my bad, was one unedited take and my first video, just wanted to post it. Will do better next time 🫡
