This is a premier resort at Universal Studios which means you get early park admission, unlimited express pass, and premiere seating at Universal restaurants. From the beautiful swimming pool, lounges, restaurants, Starbucks you will not be bored at this resort! Not to mention it is only a quick 6-minute walk to Universal Citywalk and Universal Islands of Adventure. There is also a bus taxi service that takes you right outside of Universal Studios Orlando. The check in line was so long! Such a beautiful hotel. Those frozen cocktails looked good. Those mirrors in the room was huge! Really liked the wallpaper too, Nice views of the park.

Wow. Last I went, which was in the early 2000s, it was never that busy in the lobby. And I remember when they had a lot of island-themed gifts in their gift shop. I'm glad they didn't change it too much from the island theme though, because it makes it a really unique hotel.

Girlfried & I had Universal dual park annual pass & went approx 30x times. Just walked around Lowes resort. Upstairs "Atrium" was really nice !!

Thank you so much for taking us through the resort you gave an awesome tour! My fiancé and I are staying here for 7 nights in Sept for our wedding/honeymoon and I’m so excited! Only thing I am nervous about is, we normally go all inclusive and we know that we will need to pay for every meal while staying at Universal. My question is, if we want a proper sit down breakfast in the morning do the 3 restaurants you mentioned seem reasonable for that? Are they jammed pack in the mornings? Which one do you recommend for that? The tuck shop is a great little feature, but I really don’t want to eat a “snack” type breakfast. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for any feedback!
First, congratulations!! You picked an amazing resort, you will love it. For breakfast, the Islands Dining room is great. It is a buffet style breakfast from 7am-11am, Monday - Friday and 7am-noon Saturday and Sunday. They have a lot of seating indoor and outdoor so you should not have a problem. Do you know if you have to check in before using the self parking lot? Going in 2 weeks and trying to make checking in less stressful

If you see me in the parks, be sure to say hi. You can pick up your AP from the hotel only if you paid in full and did not do the payment plan. Other wise you have to pick it up in front of the park
