  • The second lesson taught by Clark and Jennifer unfolded smoothly. We started with a review of last week's class , then added the Follower's Underarm Turn, the follower turning out of the box ends up facing the leader. They also taught the Twinkle, one of the favorite step patterns of many dancers. This quirky little move, an important part of many more complicated dance moves, can also be used by itself in a chain. The couple twist out of the first part of the box, then return to facing each other. We practiced these moves using the Waterfall technique of partner rotation, which gives the opportunity to practice while moving in line of dance. Thank you Jennifer and Clark, another class well done!
