Don't remember how much the stacks were but i had 1800 ap as a mordekaiser. My nunu and i never died. Flawless game. 7k health, 300 armor and mr, 1800 ap, and marksmage making autos hit 1800 physical too.
If you want to make dual wield work take it on katarina. Her ult scaled with attack speed and gave me like a 1000% ad ratio. The damage is technically reduced from that but it still absolutely one shots
Got Dual Wield together with Lightning Strikes on Jax, topped it off with even more AS from Reapers Toll and some other AS items, it gave me like 400 AD from Lightning Strikes alone in the end

On kled best augs are don't blink, chain lightning, jeweled gauntlet, then anything that gives ad. If you get these augs then get sword of divine (obviously) axiom arc, collectors, inf edge, crit anvil, then seryldas grudge, last nights edge or serpents fang or profane hydra. depending enemies if they spam shields. If you get to 500-600 ad with this set up congratz your doing over 250%-400%? Max health physical when charging for more than 3 seconds and most likely oneshotting any nearby enemies with chain lightning. Only counters are clones, 2nd lives, invulnerability, invisibility before the ult cab detect them, spell shields, zonyas. You can ask your teamate to get rid of the spell shields. And if both enemies zonyas your are kled at that point you one tap anything that can die. Other than luckiest rammus KNOWN TO MAN GETTING 1600 ARMOUR When i get jeweled and don't blink and i was given only 1.5~ secs of charging doing 30% of his health. Kled R ramps speed and damage over 3 seconds so if i was given enough time to charge i would have probably one tapped if not really close to one tapping that rammus
I thought the same when testing Fan the Hammer with Kai‘Sa, but when proccing her missing health damage with Fan the Hammer, the damage was reduced. So might not work with Dual Wield as well.
Dual Wield has some very niche synergies. Either need Hamstringer (it's an on-crit and that apparently makes it not receive on-hit penalties), or a champ that adds damage to attacks because most of them aren't programmed as on-hit. For example, Kayle Exalted form or any of the 3rd hit empowers. I'm pretty sure Dual Wield on Bel'veth isn't working right, in that it bricks on-hit damage due to stacking penalties (Bel has -25% innately, -68-92% on E). Phenomenal Evil should pop off pretty well with Kayle, since Exalted form waves count as ability hits for all other purposes and each attack should be considered a separate "spellcast."
this has got to be the funniest fucking bug ive seen on arena , you went from trying to one shot and kill people to just trying to stack as much ap as possible while also full tanking the enemy LOL

I played aurora with a lee sin and we both had twin mask And I was able to make his mask reduce his ad somehow even tought I wasnt in the negative ad. ( might just have been slightly below base ad )
Can you look into a bug I made a report about? I doubt rito will look into it as it's been around for a while. Sometimes you can trick league into thinking your chat is open when it's not. This results in none of your hotkeys working. The most recent time it happened to me was in arena. I was typing a message as we got into the fight. I also had my scoreboard open (was looking at items and augments). The way I decided that it's a chat thing is as we loaded in and I was typing, I hit the letter O, which both typed the o in my chat and closed my scoreboard. I hit enter to send my message, it sent, and I had no qwer df, or anything else for basically the whole fight. Different thing, not sure what happened here, but in a regular game my lock camera got stuck on. Hitting tab seemed to be ultimately what fixed it. Weird that both things had the scoreboard involved, but I'm not sure if they're related or not.
Also I don't think this is a bug, but could do with removal. An enemy rell kept typing in all chat. I believe she would say 'clear comms'. The message would show up then my entire chatbox was gone. I had to mute her to get it to stop.
Yeah, should be, but Master of Duality is by far the most broken one. Accelerating Sorcery also work, giving 500 Ability Haste at the start of the round basically instantly.
not sure about exact riot policies for macros but when you directly gain benefit from using it, it surely is bannable, just saying because from the sounds your game makes it is clear as day this is made with macros

bel'veth E scales on total AS (test with ult) but dual wield more than halves bel'veth damages. Bel'veth already got a minus 20% damage and on hit modifier and dual wield add an extra 50% meaning that your damages go from 80% to 30%. There is the true reason why dual wield on bel'veth is awful

I think phenomenal evil grants 2 ap per champ per ability, so if an ability hits both, you get 4 ap, and 5 secs cooldown for that ability on enemy.

rabble rousing on aurora allows her to heal about 500+ hp with the Q recasting, give it a shot

Dual Wield works great with Taric on hit, specially if you combo it with Blossoming Dawn and Moonstone lol

Maybe the Attack Speed from Bel'Veth Ult is special cased, but Bel'Veth does not gain E Attacks from Jinx Passive (which is Total Attack Speed).
