You would be out of your mind to buy a presale in a foreign country. It might work out, but it might not. The problem is, as a foreigner you have virtually zero recourse if you get scammed and lose your money.

It is important to work with trusted brokers that have very good knowledge of the builders, locations and of the market to minimize risks. Knowing who you are investing with and seeing their track record, can and will greatly reduce the risk of having a bad experience. There are some very successful builders here in the Mayan Riviera and also some amazing projects. Investors from Canada, the US and Europe have invested and have had their units delivered. Some projects have had delays, however, overall, they are happy with their investments. 😃
My broker was Maria. Absolutely incredible individual and KNOWS her stuff! I was so confident with Maria and Mexico Realty Brokers, that I purchased a pre-sale without seeing the construction site and meeting Maria in person. Anyone watching this video and skeptical, no need to be, allow Mexico Realty Brokers to guide you through the process. I might purchase another one here soon somewhere in Mexico. I reside in Arizona.
