When Mandy Gonzalez (Nina) left the show, Janet Dacal (Carla) became the official Nina, and Krysta became Carla and understudy for both Vanessa and Nina. She left few months later after being cast as Wednesday Adams at The Adams Family play.

I feel like it doesn't actually represent the latino community, it just plain english when it said "I'm chile, dominica-rican"? Idk, maybe is just my view, but well.
