Hi Sami, thanks for being so honest! I have anxiety, depression, and trich too. Many people really don't want to talk openly about it so it's lovely seeing someone sharing their story on RUclips. I decided a few years ago to open up about my trich everywhere so my channel and socials are full of trich content :) Wish you all the best on your trich journey. Hugs from Australia!
thank you for talking about this. I've just come to the realization today that I have it. you're strong for talking about it and it was comforting for you to say it's embarassing because that's exactly how I felt. you're helping us out 💜
I have been pulling eyes lashes ever since 2013 after my uncle die in a sky dive accident and once I pulled my lashes I collect them on my I pad but I’m getting this habit ware rist band to help my hair pulling I hope it works for me I used to have really long eyes leashes when I was young I do it when I’m bored or tried and stressed so I will support you through this 😎♥️
Thanks for being so open! I have been doing the same thing for years and years. My eyelashes aren’t really affected but I totally get the eyebrow pulling and I have had a few bald spots on my head also- this happens usually when I am SUPER stressed or anxious. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone. Also can relate to the cushion straightness etc. Again- thank you for sharing. I know it’s not easy but kudos to you!
Awww I'm so sorry to hear that your dealing with this too! It's a really difficult thing to live with isn't it! And stress is a trigger for me too but then I get stressed that I've been pulling! It's such a vicious cycle! Thankyou so much for watching and for sharing! And remember, I'm always here for a chat 😊❤
Thank you for this! This is a massive issue for me, especially with hair and chewing my lip. Never knew this was a condition. Have been like it since I was 7 and at 24 I am still doing it. Thank you!!! 🙏
I'm glad it could help in some way lovely! I never realised the 2 are connected either! I have flare ups from time to time too and have to learn to control it! I dont think it's something that will go away, so it's good to know there is a community here to support eachother 😊❤
Thank you for talking about trich!💓💓 People need to hear more about what we go through… we shouldn’t have to hide it
