It's been a few years since I got to play, but I made a few updates with MH3 and Commander singles and managed to win again. I'll be breaking the deck down again and encourage people to try legacy, there are alternatives!

I would break the theme and play 1 Tundra because this allows me to swords turn 1 and cast counterspell, ponder and brainstorm turn 2. Not good in every match-up bc you would never want to be wastelanded in this mana base. It's still worth it tho in my opinion.

Yes it also allows turn 1 cantrip into untap Terminus, so there are definitely pros and cons. Surprisingly it has rarely came up where that was enough of a problem to outweigh being immune to wasteland, but it has definitely come up.
