@@DrBeenMedicalLectures Hello. I was wondering if you had any input on the following. For Covid-19, given that dry cough is the 2nd most common symptom after fever, I had some specific questions that I can't find people discussing: If I have covid-19, how bad would the dry cough be? How often would I cough? Would the dry cough occur throughout the day, or would it be more present at certain parts of the day (night time for example)? Also, can I have dry cough but not have it be accompanied by fever, and if so, could the dry cough alone (without the fever) still be dangerous enough to cause severe or lethal symptoms? I know we are still learning about Covid-19, so maybe any general info from previous knowledge learned from Corona viruses or SARS would be helpful. Thank you for any help!
I am curious on the differences in size of aerosols of sars, mers, sars2 and how often they can affect nose(smell), pharnyx, larnyx, bronchus, bronchiole, alveoli, Intracellular pH, intercellular or intravascular pH of each. Feel free to link anything about all of this. Just curious on likelihood of death when it comes to what symptoms presented first for each and then other ili
One question, why we dont use diuretics when Patient have atypical Pneumonia. Pathophysiogically when we get rid of exudation in Lung, symptoms should be better?

What is a pathogenetic difference between bronchiolitis and atypical pneumonia since both of conditions cause peribronchial infiltration ?

It can be either. Depends on the intensity and the patient's comorbidities, immune state, age, etc.
