Dealer networking, dependability, longevity, warranty, resale, all issues i look at when im considering new.Im looking to see what wacker is really made of.Kubota, takeuchi, are high on my list.can the wacker really stand up over the long haul??Id love to hear the feedback.
I have a ST 45 that I purchased in 2018 have had nothing but trouble out of it since day one first the wiring harness went bad then the motor blowed up and Whacker refused to put a new motor in the machine their service is horrible I recommend no one purchased one of these pieces of equipment because they do not stand behind their product it is still currently tore up and they refused to help me get it fixed
Can you elaborate on what exactly went wrong? Was the machine brand new or how many hours were on it when the harness went bad and the motor? Were they two separate issues?
just got a sw17 and its great. wackers gots it together. that 74hp sure helps
Wait until you have an issue and see how they’ve got it together...customer service will NOT return phone calls!
@@randalsimmons9629 ya, that's an issue. I won't by another off brand again
@@randalsimmons9629 right lol. they suck at customer service. never again getting Neuson.

Is this made by WN or is it rebranded?
Made by WN in Menominee Falls, WI. They are not a rebranded machine.
