Just keep at it, you're on the right track. Getting better is extremely hard and I'm in the same spot. I'm glad to see you uploaded again it makes me feel not so alone. I also found your tiktok so I follow you on there now.
Hang in there bud, weight is something that I have struggled with a lot - before anxiety I was pretty consistently around 12-14 stone and when my anxiety started i dropped to around 9 stone very rapidly - I've built myself back up over the years and struggled to keep the weight on but the thing I found most effective was not to try and stuff a load of calories in because your body isn't used to it but just try and be consistent and build it up slowly. For example if you can manage 1000 calories for 5 days then try and add something else in to make it 1200 calories for the next 5 days - your body needs to adjust to the food intake instead of going from nothing to a high calorie intake. This could also be a reason that you're vomiting
Rhys dear, has anyone talked to you about CPTSD? Complex PTSD, likely from childhood? Your symptoms are not ridiculous!! Please look up the author Gabor Mate. He’s a trauma expert who has many presentations on RUclips. Most of the doctors or therapists are not trauma-informed. Also EMDR is a technique they use for addressing trauma. (Medication is still needed). Thinking of you.
Sorry only just seen your comment now. My psychologist mentioned she thinks I might have PTSD and I think we’re currently trying EMDR so far it’s been pretty good. Hope you’re well :)
I really hope you will gain weight and not lose more!!! Do you think it is something subconscious when you start feeling sick the moment your parents come home? In 2019 I felt my heart starting to beat really fast when I heard my mother had come home and I'm almost 100% sure that has to do with my subconscious, with all that happenend in my childhood. I started to feel nervous and my legs were weak, my thoughts were also all over the place. But it's gotten better, I think. Do your parents not acknowledge your suffering?
Sometimes I can be nervous around my family but I also get anxious when left alone. My parents do help me a lot however they don’t really understand mental health issues unfortunately:(
Has anyone suggested cannabis for wait gain, especially a heavy indica strain that should boost hunger but not be anxiety inducing , but calming instead
I suffer from derealisation and depersonalisation disorder so I need to avoid weed because it can be a big trigger for dissociation unfortunately. Also it’s not legal here so it’s difficult to find a legit source.
I don’t feel quite as depressed. But still feel suicidal quite frequently mainly due to the constant derealisation and depersonalisation. My anxiety isn’t too bad right now but it’s still very much there so probably might need to introduce another med eventually.
all ssri snri gives me extreme panic attacks and depression all antidepressants which reuptake serotonin. mirtazapine is good but you may need augmentation with neuroleptics or maybe you dont need antidepressants.

Any positive effects on mood from the mirtazapine?
If it’s working on mood maybe you just need augmentation for the anxiety!

@@rhysmentalhealth2521 take your time; as you stabilize the DPDR should fade. It’s often a byproduct of depression.

try neuroleptocs bro. olanzapine with mirtazapine
Have you ever had a bipolar diagnosis ? X
Nope. Only depression, OCD, GAD and DPDR. I suspect there’s something else going on though so bipolar is a possibility.
