hi Hannah! I would just like to say that you’re not alone on your fear of moving and leaving things, people and places behind. I’m going on Erasmus in September and I’m also a very attached-to-everything type of person, I don’t usually get outside of my comfort zone and lately it’s becoming so real that I will leave my comfortable home, family and boyfriend behind for 6 months. It’s so scary and I just want to make the most of it at the same time because it will be temporary, but it’s the first time I’m moving from my parents’ house so I keep stressing about every single detail. Just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone, what’s meant to be will be and everything will align. Thank you for sharing your honesty that became so relatable to me. As a Spaniard I was very confused on the novelty that olives seemed to be for you... Hahahaha. Here we eat olives as a snack all the time, either with beer or wine, or as a salad ingredient as well. Also if you thought something fishy was inside the olive, it might be because it had anchovies filling. Very typical here, I find them delicious.

When in fact it cannot monsoon in New York as Monsoon is defined as a tropical rain therefore it cannot be in New York. And this is not a hate comment only the more you know. I felt the same way moving out from NY to South Carolina. I felt like I should've done more, gone to the city more and explored more.
