There's no definite answer. You must answer and give us the direct instruction on what to do and how to fix. This is just wasting my time.

First off, I must not do anything the way that would suit your reason or understanding. Second, there is actually no definite answer to fixing *discovered but currently not indexed issues* because it entails understanding many factors such as how Google search engine indexes web documents: Start here:
In-depth guide to how Google Search works
      developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/how-search-works
as well as many other guidelines which Google looks for when indexing web documents:
      developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials
And the latest Page Indexing and content for people
      developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/creating-helpful-content
As you can see, I've tried to compact insights as best that I can, basically, ensure:
      *website is mobile-friendly*
      *website is fast enough*
*website is indexable (no blocking using robots.txt file or noindex directives)*
*has original and useful content created for people*
Then, when Google discoveres URLs like this on a website that is optimized, Google *will index* all the URLs it discovers containing original and helpful content.

Not being precise and beating around with too much repetition.... You just sent into a deep sleep. Weird

Totally understandable. Because fixing *Google Search Console Discovered - currently not indexed* issues can often be confusing. But ask this =
Can Google Discover Crawl Fetch and Render (in that order) AND INDEX OTHER URLs on a website? If so, then the only reason Google is discovering URLs _but not willing to index_ can be due to the content (including website performance) not meeting Google requirements.
