    As per Dr. Manthena best protein foods per 100 grams are as follows:
    1. Soya Tofu (52 grams)
    2. Soya Meal-maker (48 grams)
    3. Soya Beans (45 grams)
    4. Watermelon Seeds (34 grams)
    5. Chia Seeds (32 grams)
    6. Peanuts (25 grams)
    7. Green Gram (25 grams)
    8. Sunflower Seeds (22-23 grams)
    9. Pistachios (22-23 grams)
    10. Sesame Seeds (22-23 grams)
    11. Black Gram (22-23 grams)
    12. Almonds (22-23 grams)
    Above list is better than Non vegetarian foods
    1. Fish (10-18 grams)
    2. Mutton (21 grams)
    3. Chicken (25 grams)
    General protein requirements every day per kg weight:
    1. Children (1.5-2 grams/kg)
    2. Adults (1 gram/kg)
    3. Gym/Athletic persons (1.5 grams/kg)
