Hi Lindsay, My mom told me how she made a box like you just made in this you tube when she and my dad got married 24 yrs ago. This is a box they had at the wedding for people to put a card with money it that didn't bring a big gift. Make a card board box into the shape of a church. Than get a big pack of white tissue paper.cut them into about 1 1/2 squares. Than take a pencil and take the tissue paper square and twist it around the end of a pencil and dab it in a little glue or use your hot glue gun and do it all over the box and than somewhere on the top of the roof slip a hole on the top big enough for the cards to fit and also you could put the fold up wedding bells on it and some flowers. This was a great idea she came up with and it worked out great.
granted I find your particular embellishments a bit cheesy for my taste, this is such a great easy project for events, and like you said, the beauty is in that you could make a box like this look however you want. great idea
+Jeanie Gregory luckily I have a friend getting married and she loved the box so I gave it to her so it didn't go to waste. I have seen people use birdcages for this as well.
Thank you so much for this video. Really easy to follow. Luckily, I have those silver rhinestone wraps to use. I was also thinking about using a flower. Your idea of using the silk fabric to make flowers of your own, is a great idea! To top it off, with those cute pearls! I also have Crystal confetti, that I could use. Your video totally was helpful to start working on my card box for my wedding!
love your channel always smiling a lot of energy and a lot a beautiful crafts …I share your videos among my friends continue your good work hello from quebec Canada
I liked the box but I am actually wondering about your ponytail holder. Is it a banana clip? Did you embellish it yourself? The little I could see in the video was pretty and looked like it matched the card box.
Thanks for the tutorial. I was looking for something like this for my daughter's graduation, but couldn't find it. Oh well, I'll keep it in mind for later. I think it would be better though if the card slit was smaller. It seems at that size people could stick their whole hand inside, but it's very pretty.
hey hun thats very pretty, noticed the corners on your lace are sticking up a bit, if you gather the lace on the corners just a little it will stop that from happening. (hugs) Diana xx
Looking Cute So Far Lindsay.

Hi 👋 would I use this same fabric wrapping technique if I’m using an Amazon or usps box?
Sure

THIS GAVE ME FLASHBACKS OF WHEN I USED TO MAKE COVERED PHOTO ALBUMS WHEN THEY WERE ALL THE RAGE BACK IN THE DAY. (oops. not yelling)
Beautiful card box. Thank you for sharing. What is the name of the spray adhesive you used? The one I have comes through the satin material.
I dont remember but if you spray the box and not the fabric it shouldn't seep through.
Very nice and easy!
nice box
great project
plz make a tutorial for small box...as this is too big
Lindsay, you need "room" for your fabric, not "rum" 😁 I love your accent AND your craft ideas!!!
+Benny Chavez oh Benny, I need the "rum" too LOL!
