Thanks for the kind words Soren; I hope you get your DW safe and sound real soon; you’ll have to make a vid of your first impressions, which is what I meant to do except time moved on and it’s now March, nearly 4 months after I brought it, which is why I thought my vid would be hopefully helpful to people thinking of buying a DW or people who have just brought one, to show you the options you have to ‘grow’ the rifle :)
Thanks for the kind words my friend. I took yet another page from your book after watching all your great vids, which have been super helpful and insightful :)
It's simple to do. Underneath the back of the rifle is a large red circular latch which you push towards the front of the rifle, which then allows the back butt-piece to slide off. Once it's off you can can replace it with what you want, in this case I have used the PRS custom butt piece which is very nice :)
Hey again Prof Jack. The Nelix in its unadjusted state does fit onto the Delta Wolf's adaptor, but it's nowhere as nice as having the muzzle end shaved to fit more flush with the barrel end.
o ye forgot to say wee are doing a video Air-Gun Sniper Elite i will point people to your video room as wee talk about the Safari & Delta Wolf s Hard Ware
Money no object then!. Jest, just right to treat ones self. I am hearing a few Battery/charger probs, the more owners videos come online, makes one wonder how many we are not hearing about.
The battery issue was a problem but now that I know how to sort it, there’s no problem. Plus I recon Daystate will roll out a solution to this as the rifle is electronic and has an operating system
Thanks for the comment. I have a 7 litre dive bottle and use that, and it’s super speedy. I also have a Hills MK5 air pump, but I tell you, after 10 minutes on that thing you’ll feel like you’ve done a mini workout! Please keep posted and thanks again for watching :)
Great piece of kit as you said, was the bigger case available as an upgrade when you made your purchase, also what do you get from Daystate to charge it with ?
I brought the case from a separate dealer once I had attached the PRS kit. In terms of the rifle, you get a USB cable to charge the rifle, so if you want the battery charger kit, you have to order that separately
I kinda went on a mag hunt when I first got the rifle, as I was getting frustrated with shooting through the 13 shots so damn quick and easy and then stopping to reload. So I was on Daystate’s case and got 2 through them and then the rest through a great company called Skipton Gun Room. Ask to speak to Phil; he knows me and is a great guy www.theskiptongunroom.co.uk
Are you shooting sub 12 or FAC? I’m buying this rifle but for 3.3K USD in .22 cal...I’m going FAC. I couldn’t imagine spending 2300$ on my LCS SK-19 in a sub -12 configuration especially in .25 cal. I have the SK-19 in .22 as well but they have different barrels. .22 has a LW 12 grove and .25 has the LW Polygonal. Both are cray accurate at 100 yards with slugs or heavy pellets but in sub 12 past 40-50 yards🤷♂️ I can’t even think in those terms honestly for that kind of money. Daystate makes the best in airguns in my opinion followed by FX and Air Arms, but for the money I just could spend it for a sub 12 configuration in any of the fore mentioned honestly. I really hope you have an FAC version and get out of the gun what it was truly designed for.
Hi Heath. It’s a sub 12 as I don’t have my FAC yet in the UK. Plus point is that once I get my FAC, I’ve spoken to Daystate and they can unlock/upgrade the FAC features on the rifle. If you do go for it, you won’t regret it! It’s truly amazing! :)
Thanks for the quick reply Mat. I was just curious. I actually have the Eagle Vision mount waiting here for the gun and my PARD NV 008P LRF. Thanks again.
Many Thanks! My first airgun vid and I wasn't very confident whilst I took it but it's had great response, so kind people like you are helping to support it.
I didn’t show the adaptor but the reason I got the Nelix shaved to M20 is that the adaptor is a black hexagonal object which attached onto the end of the barrel, and then you add your choice of 1/2 UNF silencer on the end. As the Nelix has a very similar carbon wrap as the barrel/shorud on the Delta Wolf, having my shaved down M20 Nelix attach to the end of the DW’s barrel is far more elegant as it creates a seamless flow. Beforehand the adaptor broke the flow of the carbon fibre design...

Hello iv not been able to find paul Ford s video I’m thinking of getting a .22 Delta is there many menus to choose from iv got the PR-S stuff the bag riser is rubbish if the bipod is not at the right angle the rider points upwards same with the silly design at the back I find it difficult to zero into the target iv told him Gav that is the rod need changing for a elevation screw design up and down Your video is smoke and mirrors you failed to point out the PR-S faults. I’m getting silencer the girl I spoke to sad no problem Wee can alter it to fit
I didn't find the same problem with the bag rise which you're talking about but then again, I normally don't raise the back of thegun as I also use my small BSA sandbag, and the PRS bag riser sits snugly within it.

@@matthewcullen4293 that’s great news Matthew. Really pleased to hear. BTW, I love your RUclips video of the little boy (your son I presume?) shooting the DW...He's a dab hand it seems?
I don’t see any harm in adding my moderators to this rifle or any other come to think of it. Whilst in the UK we are sub 12, depending upon where you’re shooting (for example back garden), I know having the quietest rifle is appreciated by the owner and neighbors. Compared to other rifles I’ve got the Delta has a snap even in sub 12, hence my wanting to moderate the sound. Plus I feel that certain moderators add a degree of aesthetic competence to a rifle, making them look that much more attractive. But different strokes for different folks…
