I don't think anybody except for CatNap ( at least so far ) worships the Prototype ( I could be overlooking someone, but I'mma explain a little bit ), the little Smiling Critters dolls just follow CatNap's orders because they don't want to die and need to be fed, so they follow CatNap like a leader, not the Prototype like a god, Miss Delight was locked in the school by CatNap ( I think ) because he knew that she would try to kill the children, so I'd imagine Miss Delight doesn't worship or take orders from anybody, she just knows that CatNap will likely kill you if / when you confront him, DogDay clearly doesn't worship or take orders from anyone either, as he's talked about the Prototype as CatNap's god, not just god, and I very likely doubt that he'd take any orders from CatNap, and pretty much everybody else has no real reason to follow the Prototype ( or even CatNap for that matter, except for the little dolls of course ) ( btw this whole tangent was about the lines in the song " I do it all for my lord and the big purple cat ", because I don't think those are factual lines ( I'm not saying the lines sound bad or make the song worse, it's still very nice to listen to regardless of the correctness of what is being said, and I don't mean to sound like a jerk if I do, I just wanted to put the info out there, and am perfectly ok with someone correcting me and telling me I'm wrong if that's the case, that's fine ) )
