It tells a very simple story very well - namely that the things which drive us to depression and cause us harm are often the same things that make our lives good and worth living. It's just a question of how we see those things. Taking time to realise what you have is better than craving what you can't have any day of the week. Who would have thought that Zach G. had a film like this in him? And Keir is - of course - amazing.
