When you realise the harness is just to stop them from falling, and not holding them up, you can really appreciate the effort and talent needed to do this
@@AidXan it's a slack line my dude. It's for performers like acrobats who do tricks like this. It's used like a net, to catch them if they fall, but it doesn't have enough tension to hold them up during the trick. The trick is their pure strength and dexterity, while the line is a safety measure to make sure they don't snap their neck if they fall.
@karly3520 no its supporting a majority of her weight you can literally see on the training video its holding her at just the right point thats why it only took her 15 days to do it. I mean use common sense there would be slack in the line if she was actually holding all her wait and she would also have to be a lot faster and more precise if she was holding her weight
This isn’t hard at all. Not only does it take no strength but basically no skill at all. Anyone with basic hand eye coordination could do this. Hence why it only took her 2 weeks to make it look effortless. Also it is effortless the string holds majority of your body weight and all you do is push up (so you do a push-up) and grab the other one. Not hard.
@@NoahClendenen oh well but my point can be applied on other stuff as well. I get what you're saying lol but I barely can do push-ups let alone to hold my whole body weight on my hands only it needs practice and focuse, she did it in two weeks because she's an athlete
@@NoahClendenen I bet you can’t even do a static handstand to begin with but then you gotta jump and reestablish your handstand. Also the rope is simply there to catch her if she falls. It plays no part in holding her up. It’s the same as a rock climber using a rope for safety.
That’s actually untrue, there are several moments in her performance where you can clearly see both hands taken off the wheel for far longer than someone who isn’t being held up would allow. It’s still impressive but she is indeed being assisted by the line. It’s attached to her belt and is fully taut/moved with her during the performance. Watch a little closer. Not saying it isn’t impressive but it’s not as impressive as you made it out to be
She is bouncing on the line, using it like a bungee cord to hop up and down and it is taut, performance footage makes it clear. She isn’t balancing on her own and is being assisted by it
@H45556 honestly it's not surprising, one hundred percent agree that the bungee cord assists her , I've also watched a few 9f her performances where she bounces back on the bungee cord to have a bit more power to move , but without the bungee cord this would be close to impossible , without the bungee cord you can see she can't even jump to the next pedals , without the cord she wouldn't of been able to do this at all , wish she would've stated this in the video as it gives a false impression, but still pretty cool😀
@@o_o9220Huh, she only practiced for 15 days total though... I understand calling her talented, sure, but you do realize that 15 days isn't really that long, and some people take years doing something to fully master their skills?

There’s literally zero slack on that thing, it’s literally holding her whole hips and body up😂, aka her lower half. Sure, it’s takes some balance, but most decent athletes can do this within a couple tries…(she’s also not lifting her body up at all) Her body type does not have enough muscle to indicate she’d be able to do what you’re alluding to.(she’s also have to weigh less) That’s sort of skill takes a lifetime to master, and she’s have to be much smaller with lots of muscle, much more compact…built like a gymnast… This is simply a gimmick, most of the acts are fake btw if you didn’t know…(they even play back tracks for the singers…)
@@curtisvenom32 look at the first video, when she falls she’s much lower than the wheel, indicating SLACK. You can see the same slack visible in the next. Look back at her in the first video again, she’s got plenty of muscles to be able to do that, look at her arms especially, plenty of muscles, her body is twisted like a C, balancing her weight distribution, her legs kicking up and her arms pushing off give her enough height to be able to get to the next set of pegs. She’s not manually spinning the wheel, the wheel is controlled by a motor and a guy with a controller, that’s why it stopped in the first one when she dropped.
