It’s decent. The string accompaniment fell away at 1:00, which I’m not a fan of. Sometimes a box appeared in the middle of the screen (such as at 1:14); is that intended? I think the cover would’ve been cooler if it also covered the B section. The animations are cute, though. My favourite part is the section after 1:57: terrific instrumentation.
Valid criticisms for the most part; the part at 1:00 is called a break or a bridge, which is needed so that the song structure isn't the same thing for the whole track. Good eye though! Those boxes are a rendering error from my editing software; they were queue marks that were supposed to be invisible, and most are, but for some reason two frames stuck around. If anyone asks its all just part of the LoFi Aesthetic tho lol

I quickly tend to dislike lo-fi remixes, since they’re usually either overly repetitive (too little variation), inaccurate (chords/melodies - mistakes stick out to me), or too wet (vinyl crackle, LFO, low-pass). I saw your cover pop up on the subreddit, and I’m neutral about it, so I guess that’s a compliment? Maybe today’s dominant lo-fi hip hop style just isn’t my cup of tea.

The track can be chill as you hear in the bridge and outro, but overall the strings work a lot better for boombap. If people like I can make a fully chill version tho

good concept, but needs to be more "chill". If I had a mix on with this in the background I think it would be too distracting to relax.
