I just had the same thought, Starfield could've easily been this. It was remembering the bugs around Starfield failing to check if you were in an environment with air so you'd have people jumping around a barren moon in their underwear that made me think of it; and here you have an indie game that doesn't need a loading screen when you leave your truck.
Somebody should tell him to play an actual game instead of demo's so he doesn't feel the need to pad stream time with unfunny, "I'm not gonna do the thing the game wants me to do to progress" bits
