hi, I would like to try the fishing technique in the Mediterranean Sea. I'm looking for advice. What types of baits can I use? Do I have to walk with the boat in favor of current or against current? speed?
Anything that looks long and slender, bonito/tuna bellies rigged into strip baits work well as does rigged ballyhoo and Spanish mackerel. Do you have current to deal with?
What is the purpose of a 12 foot leader. Overkill !!! And all the leaders above it. ?????
I love swordfish, they're great eating. But the one you kept had not yet reached reproductive maturity yet.
