Hmm I have been with the same women for 43 years and been married to her for 41 of them.
And when I kiss my wife before I go to work she gets drunk, weak at the knee's I have to help her sit down sometimes there is no faking it.
I'm amazed to see and hear what you guys are saying.
    WOW really come on guys.

These podcasts still miss certain key points.
Sometimes some men can't "salute" if there's more at play with the issue then just feelings.
I completely disagree when you said.....if you don't feel like making love, just make love like if you did feel like it. That assumes that someone can engage love-making by faking-the-funk while still being completely disconnected emotionally and, dare I even say, spiritually if that might be what's the underlying issue. You're approach seems to imply snap your finger and hocus-pocus...a man an salute. Love-making can't happen if there is something hindering the saluting process to begin with or something hindering the wife. It's worse for men because at least wives can just lay there but ain't nothing happening if G.I. Joe over there ain't packing his gear beyond the scope of "emotions", as this podcast focused primarily on.
What about demonic oppression? What about coming under attack? Medical issues? I believe these things have there place to getting spouses to "feel" disconnected too.
I can understand if there are extracurricular activities that are mountain high, ministries, children, long hours at work, other stressors in life....then I can support your statements. But if it's deriving from the spirit realm, we have bigger issues than pretending we can fake the funk, for the lack of a better term.
This seemed like an episode that missed the boat to address the most basic fundamental core aspects that could influence dryness in a marriage. Sometimes it's more than just you not "feeling up to it". There's medical and there are demonic attacks/oppression/influence, soft satanic "counsel" whispered into your ear, etc...
I encourage you to address it all. You guys made great points here. However, I feel you often leave out even bigger points from time to time.
    Thanks

You made a great point. I completely understand you. My husband and I have been married for 22yrs. We are both believers in Jesus Christ. However, there have been attacks against our marriage that are keeping us stuck. I am thankful that I have a relationship with God. My faith his helping me to trust God with my marriage.🙏

Stay where God has you many times the enemy working through an unsaved man will draw believers away to cause them to waiver in there faith towards God and His will sister keep the faith praying for your marriage!!! 🙏🇺🇸👍
