I've been watching Misha's content since late 2017 or so and I've been a witness to the whole Apex story and development from this side of the screen. I always liked cars but I never cared much for the Nurburgring until I stumbled upon Misha and his content. I also really ejoyed your on/off cameos on his channel since the early days and you were always a bit of the mystery man behind it all so it's been great to see your own channel and content come to life, including all the in-depth, background stories. Now that's some proper Tier-ONE.media approach right there. Anyways, due to all the Apex media stuff it got to the point where I went from not caring about the ring, to making it a must do/visit experience, It was initially scheduled for this year but we all know how that went. Hopefully next summer I will make it over and enjoy my first Nurburgring experience courtesy of Apex and that's all credited to what you, Misha and your team have done so far. So yeah, not much more to say except keep pumping the quality content out and thank you all for the time and effort you're putting into it. ps. I missed this video last week but I gotta say, a big part of me buying a set of AR-1's based on Roberts feedback. I use them on my C6 that i track and drive mountain roads with and I'm in love with those tires. The grip levels are phenomenal. Theyre consistent and predictable. Absolutely a great tire perfect for a HPDE street car.

Robert , I respect your leadership and have followed since Misha's 3 original Q&As in the beginning of 2017. I have watched how you two founded this company, and it has inspired me to start my own businesses the first of which I am just launching this year. Time and again I've seen how you handle difficult situations, choose to avoid naming names in certain situations, keeping strong relations with your surrounding business community without taking brand deals(changing nanolex to dodo juice, nankang to michelin on the porsche) while also calling out things you disagree with, i.e. BMW's attitude to customer, SSC's potential gps issue. I think that you and Misha have built your following so strongly and that the character of your loyal audience is so strong that you shouldn't take accusations of trading brand deals, or gossips trying to start drama too seriously. If you disagree though, I'd be interested to hear more about your approach to these people
Your videos are somewhat of the best motoring content on RUclips. I enjoy you, talking about cars you know, more than another stupid drag race. No moving car shown, but better motoring content than smoking tires for no reason. You are so right about Journalists and the Yaris. What me convinced is the reaction from Tom Schirmer getting out of the car, for the first time. That said more than a 20 min from Clarkson or so on.

Nailed it on the buy vs leasing argument.. sometimes the interest is so low it doesn't even make sense not to finance it. By not dropping all your cash on it, you can use that cash for other investments.

Robert, you are spot on regarding the Toyota in the snow comment. I own a stock 5 speed manual 2011 Ford Fiesta that is equipped with snow tires this time of year. This car is an absolute blast to drive in the snow! Have fun with the Toyota!
I just called the Kriminalpolizei. Years after the mysterious disappearance of Boosted Boris, we finally have the perpetrator. Et tu Robert! His wife and kids have been trained to "not notice" cars disappearing from the garage to provide him with an alibi. The famous Russian Ring expert was quietly substituted by a Dutch guy with a Russian accent. Some people did "not notice" a thing, well I did! Robert, there is only one way you can make up for this. Life is good, brotha!! Yes, the love has blossomed for this one finally and I've found a keeper. And I'll for sure pass along the love to her LOL. It seems like a lifetime ago that I had the Z06 and would spend Friday nights driving up to Suisun hanging with the crew at the shop. Good times, for sure. We will definitely be out there this Spring to visit her family so let's plan on hooking up at some point. I drive a (drumroll....) Thanks for sharing such outstanding content Robert, especially how clearly and rationally you speak about things. Ftr, routing the front brake cable/line outside of the fork is often better since you don't risk it getting fed into the tire tread when the suspension cycles. So that we can get inspired what to do while visiting and what are the best spots to visit in the area. I'm driving down to the Ring regularly but apart from watching TF and Industry pool I dont really know what to do. Sadly driving on it is currently out of my price range and on my first lap on the Ring my mate put his VW Bora into the wall between Hatzenbach and Hocheichen, so I am hesitant to take my car onto it. I missed this video last week but I gotta say, a big part of me buying a set of AR-1's based on Roberts feedback. I use them on my C6 that i track and drive mountain roads with and I'm in love with those tires. The grip levels are phenomenal. Theyre consistent and predictable. Absolutely a great tire perfect for a HPDE street car.

Robert , I respect your leadership and have followed since Misha's 3 original Q&As in the beginning of 2017. I have watched how you two founded this company, and it has inspired me to start my own businesses the first of which I am just launching this year. Time and again I've seen how you handle difficult situations, choose to avoid naming names in certain situations, keeping strong relations with your surrounding business community without taking brand deals(changing nanolex to dodo juice, nankang to michelin on the porsche) while also calling out things you disagree with, i.e. BMW's attitude to customer, SSC's potential gps issue.
I think that you and Misha have built your following so strongly and that the character of your loyal audience is so strong that you shouldn't take accusations of trading brand deals, or gossips trying to start drama too seriously. If you disagree though, I'd be interested to hear more about your approach to these people

Nailed it on the buy vs leasing argument.. sometimes the interest is so low it doesn't even make sense not to finance it. By not dropping all your cash on it, you can use that cash for other investments.

Love these videos. The other thing about big reviews is that companies change the suspension settings and alignment for track tests to get the better feel. Its all marketing and I just wish they released the info like AMG did for the Black Series

Life is good, brotha!! Yes, the love has blossomed for this one finally and I've found a keeper. And I'll for sure pass along the love to her LOL. It seems like a lifetime ago that I had the Z06 and would spend Friday nights driving up to Suisun hanging with the crew at the shop. Good times, for sure. We will definitely be out there this Spring to visit her family so let's plan on hooking up at some point. I drive a (drumroll....) PRIUS nowadays (I was driving an A4 but had a mini-crisis when I turned 30 and decided it was time to get financially responsible) so I'm counting on you to bring one of your toys to Stuttgart 😉Be well man and let's stay in touch.

Ftr, routing the front brake cable/line outside of the fork is often better since you don't risk it getting fed into the tire tread when the suspension cycles.
That can be a major disaster that many people overlook.

I have a Video idea, maybe you and Misha can make a guide to the Nürburgrung and everything that surrounds it. So that we can get inspired what to do while visiting and what are the best spots to visit in the area. I'm driving down to the Ring regularly but apart from watching TF and Industry pool I dont really know what to do. Sadly driving on it is currently out of my price range and on my first lap on the Ring my mate put his VW Bora into the wall between Hatzenbach and Hocheichen, so I am hesitant to take my car onto it.

I remember times when that business in Ktown consisted of 3 persons + me as the IT admin, managed it up to the size of about 20 employees and all those papers over many years until I broke with the former owner due to personal differences. I am glad to see it still is prosperous and now managed by a person that is such an honest person. Looking at your IT in the vids, Macs is the way you save tons of IT costs in TCO.
