In a collaborative effort to champion patient-centric healthcare, the World Patients Alliance (WPA) and the International Council of Nurses orchestrated a groundbreaking webinar on Patient-Centered Care & Patient Engagement, held on December 1, 2023, at 9 AM EST (3 PM CEST). This virtual gathering brought together esteemed speakers and panelists who are luminaries in the realm of healthcare advocacy. The event aimed to delve into the fundamental principles of patient-centric care, emphasizing the active involvement of individuals in shaping their healthcare experiences. Notably, the distinguished speakers included Andrew Spiegel, Chair of the World Patients Alliance, and Dr. Pamela Cipriano, President of the International Council of Nurses, among others.
