Nice workout. I was a little sore from yesterday's full body and today was to be a rest day, but this filled the blank perfectly. Thank you. I had four weeks off while I traveled in Spain/Portugal. Of course we walked lots of miles, climbed many, many stairs and even hiked a few times. While hiking a difficult trail, you may have heard me call out, "thank you Tracy for that step up training!" I knew I had a solid workout habit to return to, but needed to lighten the weights when back home. I'm in it for the long haul! 70 years old and just in my 2nd year with you.
I was definitely intimidated to do 30 mins of just abs - I thought I might just do 1 round, then just 2 rounds, but it was so fun and quick that you made it easy! Thank you so much!! 😅 💪 ❤
Did this again and saved it. I can’t use weights yet so I modified and held a static elbow plank twice for 45 seconds .... yay! Think I’m getting stronger in the core. Now off to do the wall Pilates week three challenge. Thank you Tracy.
This blend was perfect. I initially thought it may be a fight to stay in the pocket, but surprisingly enough it was wonderfully wonderful. Bonus the music was spot on 😂❤ Thanks Tracy.
Hi Tracy. I definitely need an good and different ab workout. I did th s but felt like my back was weak during some. Do you have specific back strengthening workout ( I know core is important too ) I only know one for back Thanks
More power to anyone who's up for 30 minutes of abs! I added the first round as a finisher to the Bolder Shoulders workout and that was plenty for me. It was a great combination, actually.
Ok I have to had this comment…. The next day after ab workout my entire abs from upper to lower were sore and I was really glad to feel it!!! Will be incorporating this workout in my schedule more often.
