Greetings from Vancouver Canada Brian, I understand the hybrid/plug-in hybrid difference already, but still, this is a very good video. Would have loved to get a plug-in, but I live in a large condo (or "block of flats" as known elsewhere) with no places to charge a vehicle. So I just bought a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid. Great vehicle, and very happy with it. Keep up the great videos!

Hey Greg, I appreciate you taking the time to watch, it’s cool to be in contact with people and other continents so easily! I think you made the right choice,
unless you can charge one of these vehicles at home, privately, the cost of electricity from public dispensers is almost the same as fuel, so there is no advantage, so I think you did the right thing🙂👍

Hi Brian. One thing just occurred to me. With the plug-in hybrid, if you didn't use any electric power for a certain time, would the engine eventually fully charge the battery or just keep it at it's minimum charge? Thanks.

It looks like the engine will only charge the battery to about 18% .. after that it needs to be plugged in 🙂👍

Hi Brian. Can I have heating on while sitting on the beach or does engine run. You have me interested in this car.

It seems to me that if you require more than 22° in the cabin, then the engine will need to run that heater 🙂👍
