Dear friends, thank you for this inspiring video! As you know, many African countries are suffocating under not only their own plastic waste, but also received some money, to allow the import of European waste plastic, which is highly immoral! So, would you consider applying your constructive brick-making method and machines in Ghana and other progressive African countries?
I believe an African inventor has developed similar technology. Perhaps if contractors and builders consult with the company, they can supply them the machines.
This is great. When I always travel through highways or any public places, I always feel there is huge requirement for toilets. So, even if we use this bricks for toilet constrictions, it would be so much beneficial. Waste -> Bricks -> Toilets. So, no Waste + toilets every where.
Thank u 💞 bro,I can't believe this type of bricks 🧱 is so hard like original Bricks from Plastic Waste 😭😱😱🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺❤️🥳 really I 💯 % satisfied for you and when I got a job or business then I work on it and stand a big company/Industries ,And my goal is to become a Tree 🎄🌴 Plantation in India and in world ❤️🌍🙏🏻 and now this year I planted 700 trees and no trees was dead ❤️🥳🙏🏻 again thank you sir and Now I studied in 12+ dropper science 🔭🧪 and studies in medical line 😉
I find your video by searching "anuj ramatri where can you send your plastic wrappers" then I find this Finally, I got the address where I can send my plastic wrapper which I have been collecting from last one year and making ecobricks from last four years. I have been searching any address on social media every platform, where I can my plastic wrappers..Thanks for the video Anuj ji
Main per month 100ton plastic recycled krta hoon aur ab 300ton krne ja rha hun...mere pass hydralic press b hai paving ka i ll defintly try this for bricks thank you
Good to know about such an initiative. Could you please also cover your video, about...What is life span of these Rhino "Bricks". And how these bricks will decompose and an advantage and disadvantage of use of such bricks in long term. Thanks
I have a question too.. what if the temperature in the environment raises and the plastic waste from those bricks going to pollute and release toxic gases...?
You mentioned that this foundry dust is toxic then if they build anything with them, won't it be bad for humans ??? Same with micro plastic polluting air...
Best video on u tube But sir plastic ki brick ko join kaise krenge normal brick k liye cement mortar se joint krte hai Lekin plastic ki brick ko kaise joint krenge , agar aise brick construction k liye use krenege to us building fire prrof kaise hongii
Woww Keep the good work going and I suggest they bring such collection drives for waste plastic in big cities instead of us sending it to them which is a huge courier cost 👍🏼👌
It was very nice to see a nice solution for recycling toxic waste but you didn't mention the fate of it how long it serves the purpose then again how will it get decompose properly... That's the problem to be addressed
I m wondering what happens with extreme climate places in India.. I mean plastic has a tendency to expand in summers and shrink in winters.. Is it safe for making buildings??
The guy who had got this idea is really brilliant ...but can we shut the plastic manufacturing factories so that there will be no problems arised...and earlier there used to be mud roads all the water from rain used to be absorbed by the soil and the main cause of today floods is use of cement or tar for the roads...if it is not used then surely you can see the results
Steel slag waste+non recyclable plastic+foundry waste is equal to the most strong bricks for construction which can reduce the home construction cost by 50%
what about the gases released during heating the plastic in this process, and hence polluting the air. Or is something else done to sove this problem (in case not mentioned in video) ?
Please make it available for rural area in Uttar Pradesh there are thousands of village whivh don't have waste management and people in Villages can share this topic
While this is a very good initiative and solving an immediate issue to a good extent, I wonder if this is really a solution to waste problem. When the structures built with these bricks will be out of use it will still be a toxic waste. We really need to stop generating the toxic wastes. The planet will not be able to sustain for too long with this increasing pace of creation of this waste.
Sir kindly share the contact details of this type of organisations for us, so we can learn the process from them and we can also create startup with their support or with their collaboration . Thank you
Nice way of recycling. But such buildings/structures must be marked to understand that these are made from foundry dust otherwise when they are demolished, they will again generate hazardous waste
Recently got to know about Rudra Environment Solution Ltd they are also doing a great 👍job 💯, they're converting plastic waste into Oil which can be used for cooking purpose in Pune. One request Anuj Sir please make a video related to this. Thank you🙏
Also similar bricks should be used for pavement in the footpath in metro cities , I am living in Nagpur and I have seen that every footpath is paved by cement blocks, we need to change this mindset of our leaders .
So if any one wants to get these kind of bricks to built house where to contact and is it fire free coz I am thinking to built house in my village and i m thinking of thsese kind of bricks
Anuj Bro I have a doubt! In the beginning of the video you mentioned this sand as toxic.. So how come its toxic free if we build toilets walls out of it?
Watch the video carefully, you'll get the answer. It's toxic when dump openly in where toxic seeps in underground water bodies or pollute soil around dumping site which makes the site unfit for agriculture usage.
Once is is upcycled into bricks it will be plastered and not exposed to environment. But this doesnt seems to be a feasible business for profit as Flyash bricks will be cheaper

Since it is made of foundry dust and plastic waste, it will never decompose. That is its advantage!
