Sometimes when editing, I have my audio completely ready to go on the left hand side of the timeline, starting at 0:00. Then, I have all of my usable footage on the right. Now, when I match up the two, I constantly need to drag my video clips from the right, to the left. Is there any way to avoid having to "drag" the clip and just have it immediately move to the video timeline I'm building on top of the audio? Does that make sense? lol. Please let me know, it would save me hours of time. Thanks!
Hmmm I think I understand what you are doing. You can look into pancake timelines. Duplicate your sequence and place it on top of the other. That way your footage is closer. However, this may not be what you are looking for. Check out this video and see if it helps! ruclips.net/video/dO0kEQAYpCc/видео.htmlsi=RxzOsAMEZ43dIGrC
