Hanfu is Chinese fashion that is based on traditional styles of clothing worn throughout different time periods in ancient China. In this video, I will be wearing two different types of fantasy hanfu inspired by the Tang Dynasty. The first outfit is the Mermaid Siren Hezi Qun Dress, and the second is a Pacific Flying Fairy style Dunhuang outfit. Both of these outfit have mermaid or ocean themes and work very well for a unique mermaidcore outfit. The Hanfu Story has many other mermaid-themed outfits and fashion pieces on their website. By the way, I'm a professional mermaid. While I am mostly known for my Gothic mermaid costumes, I don't just wear Goth fashion. In the past few years, I've fallen in love with Hanfu. I've been buying pieces from Cindy's shop for a few years now, and I am so excited to be able to share some of her beautiful shop items with you. I am not Chinese. But, I think Chinese fashion is absolutely gorgeous (and super comfy). There is more to the world of fashion than just Western styles. Please enjoy this pretty MermaidCore hanfu. You should go for it! The straps on the dress are adjustable, so you can adjust the length to an extent. :)
