My Goodness! This has always been my favourite Haydn symphony of all but this interpretation just blew my mind! Just amazing! Composed amidst the sadness over the loss of his friend Mozart, this symphony (with other Haydn ones) easily equals the famous Mozart symphonies in quality and geniality with so much humour and liveliness! Thank you for this wonderful spectacle Mr Fisher and the Danish CHamber Orchestra!
