This is a nice explanation for getting into demo, but there's two extra things I'd mention about stickybombs: You can hold the button to make them go farther, and charged stickybombs can be very powerful at times If you're gonna spam stickies like every demo does, a good technique I learned is "sticky syncs". Whenever you're approaching an area you want to trap, you can aim high when far away from it, and as you approach it aim lower until you get 2-3 stickies at the same place ready to detonate at the same time. It's easier to explain on video, but it's a helpful tip I wish I knew earlier.
this is perfect. I'm starting to play more demo and this is helping a lot. thank you. now i can finally aspire to be just like my favorite alcoholic! oh, and btw i'd love to see a video like this on pyro since he's my go to class and i want to see if i'm playing him right, you don't have to so don't feel pressured.
I don't even know where to start When i first saw the thumbnail i wasn't expecting much. I thought in my head:" this is another 14y old that found out too late about this game and now wants to becomes famous and helpful" Then i was faced with a classic smf video and i knew something was wrong You aren't famous at all but despite this the video seemes from the first seconds as good as a lazypurple one As i kept watching i finally realized The bitter truth that first came to my mind is that you won't probably blow up This was my first thought because i think it's such a waste of potential And i mean huge potential After more then 3000hrs i can cleary recognize a true tf2 fan Which you are The dedication it took is unthinkable Really great video❤ From the humorism to clear instruction and good gameplay It breakes the class perfectly The quality of mic and video is Also to mention After all this i can say that it's one of the best guides i've ever seen (And i've seen a lot of tf2 videos) I am both happy and sad Happy for such an amazing community but sad that the game isn't really keeping up with the other shooters If this video had been done in tf2 prime i can surely say it would have blown up. Maybe you could add a small part where you suggest some traps like placing stickies under a payload or spots where enemys wouldn't expect them ( For example under an inteligence secrets or right off the enemy spawn)Spawn camping is bad but cmon it's fun And also maybe suggest some maps where the class could be good for nee players: Two forts is fine but turbine is too hard Barnablitz and upward are good but maps like goldrush sucks But this one maybe it's too hard cuz there are a lot of maps Also a new player should try every map so maybe don't put i leave you the choice❤
This is probably the most insightful comment I've ever received on this channel and I really appreciate it. You also bring up some good points, the odds aren't exactly in my favor since tf2 hasn't been in its prime for quite a while, but I love this game and the community. In my over 2000hrs of playing tf2, I've experienced so much and I want to be dedicated to the game and the players. Also, your feedback has been noted. Since my next video is gonna be about heavy (and I'll most likely cover his role as a team player) mentioning specific maps and game modes will be very important, thanks for mentioning it!
Gonna be honest, as someone who plays both demo and sniper a lot, sticky launcher is better than the rifles The only rifle that contends with it is the bazaar bargain and even then I’d still take stickies over it cause they’re just that good Only weapon that’s better than stickies is the medigun cause y’know, invincibility is pretty damn good Other than that it’s a good video
The more I think about it, I actually agree that the sticky launcher is better than the sniper rifle. It depends on the map and mode, but the launcher is just better overall in more situations. Also, I completely forgot about stock uber and how incredibly strong it is. Thanks for pointing it out!
A very well put together and edited video, skits are funny, transitions are great, ratings a bit overrated but generally fine. Would like also an "expansion" series off the many weapons, maybe some put together while others dedicated to 1 video (all of this ofc after the begineer's guide ends, i would suggest the name "Expander's guide" or something along those line). Also i suggest maybe a little more emotions on actions( in the skits), imagine it then do them yourself and take note of your hand gestures and overall movements. Anyway, keep poping those bangers, take care. ❤ Edited: also forgot to mention to try and put more emontion in the video in general (like emphatize certain words to make the viewer understand the message you wanna deliver) Sorry for the MASSIVE comment, but i saw you and your videos have great potential, and i wanted to help out how i can 🤝❤
Great feedback and advice! I actually plan on making a shorter extra guide for each class which covers a specific playstyle/mechanic. (For example, rocket jumping for soldier, comboing for pyro, and demoknight for demoman.) But that's for when I complete the main series, so it won't be out for a while. As for sfm, I'll definitely be using your advice and utilize doing irl movements alongside imagining them. Thanks for the help and take care!

Good underrated youtuber, i like the similar editing style and tranistions to lazy purple which i think are great
Thanks for mentioning the editing style, lazypurple is a huge inspiration to me and my channel!
A+ video effects, A+ thumbnail, good microphone, simple and easy to understand breakdowns, what’s not to like?
A+ videos, A+ editing, funny clips, good discussions, you've got a great channel dude! Keep it up!

I appreciate it! I haven't played much overwatch, but from what i've seen, junkrat is pretty similar to demo.
Definitely for the better

Good tips! And the sticky sync is a great idea.
Genuinely amazing video dude. Good job
Thanks man!
I am pleasantly surprised, was not expecting much but the video was great! Keep it up.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I plan on continuing this series for the rest of the classes!
This is AMAZING don’t stop making this content
Thanks! I plan on making guides for the rest of the classes as well, so I'll keep doing this series for a while!
