Alternate Wish Animation - Venti | Genshin Impact

Venti the bard, coming at you with some nice STYLISH wishing animation! (is this how you description)

So the biggest change here is when the constellations are being shown, I had some suggestions from another person who I consider a "superior" editor and they decided giving some spice to when the constellation shows up would be a good idea. So I did with their help!
