Kinda hurts. In productivity the Core Ultra is so much better. Looking at Geekbench, Cinebench etc. the Core Ultra comes out way on to. However in games it gets it's ass handed. The problem is I need performance in gaming and productivity.

Crazy how Core Ultra is faster in Starfield.
A broken CPU for a broken game.

and in Horizon Forbidden West, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.
I hope Intel can fix the performance issues in games.

      @@BENCHMARKSFORGAMERS Yeah, after 10 years...
maybe they will catch up with the current generation of amd, lol

If Intel wont fix the performance issues, then AMD X3D prices will continue skyrocketing... Competition is very important.

Worse Intel Ultra than the 11th generation... How they could release this into the world is beyond me.

I would be curious to see a 2560x1440 test too!

Anyway, Intel has recently promised to "fix" their mediocre gaming performance.
Apparently, they will release an update in December.
    We'll see.

and how do you imagine it? remove the tdp limit? you can do it yourself in the bios now. or what, now you need permission from Intel to access the BIOS?)))

9700X is the better CPU, but it does NOT pull exactly 88W in every game. This is not realistic.

    • @BENCHMARKSFORGAMERS
      @BENCHMARKSFORGAMERS  Месяц назад +1

It is realistic. I used the 65W TDP mode (default settings)

    Don't worry !
i bought a ultra 9 285k and with an oc i get 20% faster performance

In fact, it was a disappointment in the two processors. Intel made the 14th generation produce it again. Amd made a little oc with the previous processors. Absurdity

AMD is set to default and hasn't even reached the max clock. Nevertheless, it beat Intel.
