    Thanks Nina for showing us yr retreat trip. Very nice. all illnesses are as serious as each other. I think mental illness is the hardest to live with. No-one gets out alive in the end but living yr best life is what matters.

    What a beautiful place to stay and unwind. It's good that you are living your best life, but try not to downplay or compare MS to other diseases. Illness is illness; someone told me one, a long time ago that, "it is not a contest". It is a very much a serious illness, as is mental illness. Living a long time with pain is not easy.
    I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you for sharing.

      That’s an interesting point. I’m not aware consciously if I am downplaying anything at all. Certainly, life has its rough spots but they do pass for the most part

    Really weird with no windows! View or no. Also the entry and bath entry didn't look too accessible to me. Lovely sounds though, of birds.

      Maybe the lack of windows is to encourage people to go outside. Just a thought. It would be hard to stay in there except to sleep.
