  • Here is another metabolic conditioning workout. This one incorporates hip hinging movements, ballistics, and shooting and sprawling drills.
    Workout is 10 minutes.
    Rep range:
    KB cleans - 5 Left 5 right
    Burpees - 10 reps
    Ball slams - 10 reps
    Shoot and sprawl - 5 left 5 righ
    Workout is hip and leg dominant. Try to transition between sets without resting. It is also good practice to try keeping the intensity similar to your rolling sessions during training or in competition.
