Undecided between this one and ring conn2. I primarily want a ring for sleep and stress tracking since I already had an Apple Watch for fitness. Can you compare the 2. I wish they were able to connect with my alarm to wake me up at optimal time/ lightest sleep. Edit: I just looked into Luna and they do not offer return or refunds. Personally I don’t think that is good customer service and something they should change. I’ll add the ring comes with a 1yr warranty and if you get a defective ring or have technical issues you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery.I feel though if I have a technical issue I should have the option to return not just replace.This is disappointing as I was heavily leaning toward Luna. Now I’m really unsure.
On its website comparison chart, cost says $249. But actual cost on the site is $300. I love the orientation mark on top. Don't like app open in background. And China...
I don’t really like the part that the app needs to stay open in the background all the time, I feel like this would drain the battery on your phone faster. Is this the case with Oura gen 4 as well as the other brands?
Not true of ring conn or Ultrahuman. Can’t speak on Oura but I would assume the app doesn’t need to be open. The head of Luna told me this feature would be going away in a future update. I don’t have a timeline on that though!
I bought a ring using your link and I received the testing kit, but it said in a little note that I should look for an email that lets me choose my ring size but I haven’t received any emails. I haven’t emailed them and no answer. Honestly very dissapointed so far regarding their customer service. Can you help me how I can let them know my ring size so I can finally get my ring that I already paid for?

I will say think twice before buying, because I bought Luna Ring last Nov and I'm not that happy considering the price point of 17000 1. I faced multiple connection issue (need to raise 3 tickets) 2. Two battery issues (battery was draining within a day) Second battery issue was so bad that I need to send my ring back, then my miseries started. Luna's customer support is pathetic as they don't have any service centres (atleast in whole Pune) I raised ticket on 20th Oct and after multiple email communication return courier was arranged and Lune ring reached warehouse on 01st Nov but till date I haven't received my ring back. They did send a replacement ring but that was the wrong size which I had to return. I would say better go with other options as they are cheaper because you will regret paying more for their 3rd class services.
@@Moneywithjennifer it's in INR roughly $200 but i bought it last year, i could see that they have increased their rates. Current update is that they have replaced and given me a new ring but the whole process took 20-25 days and a lot of email follow up.

RingConn, Ultrahuman, and Luna are all great options IMO! I have videos on each :)
The having your app running all the time is a no go for me that just means it will eat battery life on my phone
