I got her at 20 but im almost 40 pulls into weapon supply and not a single piece of her equipment yet lol.
No cuz mine took 87 pulls and then I got the stigmatas and key of ego with less than 10 pity each time
The gear pulls were a roller-coaster! The dupes tho 😭

it seems you have also been blessed by mother elysia (took me around 50-60 pulls for her and full gear)

Elysia is just built different in this game
Her weapon banner was a nightmare for me. I kept getting her weapon over and over, in the end had to pity 2 of her stigmas, couldn't even use the wishing well, because the game wouldn't give me any prestine stgs.

i got her yesterday on the starter supply(yes i started late), first ten pulls and she appeared, she's worth it tho.
I got her at 5 pulls the free one and then i got 3 copies of her signature wp and then i got her 2 stigmata which are the t and b i only need the m piece spent over 25k
And i got 1 dupe of her stigmata and then i got Paganini t and m and i got 1 stig of raven
Goodluck for me i have 27 pity left to guarantee her m piece
