A lot of fighters just don't want to take a pay cut. That's why it takes so long for some fighters to get a fight. The name of the game is activity. You definitely have to say active but some fighters only see it as business. I think it was a good move for them

How was Andrades career at PBC and before matchroom? At least he was active at matchroom and made good money. They let him go because he wasn’t performing inside or outside the ring. And as for Haney, he got some decent fights and Eddie didn’t tie him down when he needed to make a move to bag the undisputed fight. Haney considers Eddie a friend so he must have done something right. Plus the promotion for prograis was better than he got for the Loma fight.

He signed with a promotion great but why would you sign at a place with no fighters in your weight class?
