Castro welcomes more straight residents also means more gays are comfortable living elsewhere. They don’t have to be in a particular neighborhood to feel safe. This is progress.

The electricity that powers MUNI's fleet is generated by hydro electric generation.....totally green and clean. Yes, the Castro is at the end of the MUNI's F streetcar line. Not only are they running ex-Philadelphia trolleys on the F Line, but ex-Newark, New Jersey trolleys too. I rode those PCC cars in Philly and Newark for decades.
