It is aired every Tuesday on Nepal Television. It is one of the most viewed television programs in Nepal. The show is produced by Media Hub Pvt. Ltd. Subha Media Home is production coordinator for this series.
Kunjana Ghimire and Sitaram Kattel are main characters as husband and wife. Surbir Pandit is acting as Dhurmu’s Father. Ramchandra Paudel is one of the leader of the village. The story is based on rural lifestyle and lower middle class people. The show represents many political as well as social issues on its episodes with educational comedy flavor. Dhurmus and Suntali directs the show.

+Zeebita Shrestha no disrespect but our country is blessed and cursed. we have got beautiful resources but we are not able to utilize it and our country is completely depended upon india. but i love india so much after all they have helped us in many ways and untill the help of india we can be never be able to develop our country. and most of the people call indian dhoti madishe i feel really bad.they help us and we abuse them. india donated 2 billion dollar for earthquake victims as well as for country which is equal to two times the richest person of nepal total assests and we abuse them.they are like our brothers and sisters and we should repect them
plus we cant mess with india. india is 4 th powerful country in the world with huge number of weapons like atom bomb,misiales,4th to 5th generation tanks.we eat our day to day food because of india,we are able to use our vehicles because of india. and the nepalese people eat and use their food and products become healthy and go to social sites and critcize india sitting behind their computer and with their mobiles.my suggestion to all the people is if you dont like india fine but never critcize their peson by calling dhoti or any other thing. Thankyou
