Are you planning on competing again?👀
GO GABE
Do you include any core specific accessories? Do you have recommendations to improve core strength?
plank, side plank and hang leg raises is what I do now extra
Babe wake up, Romanian Ryan Gosling is lifting again!!!
How do you deal with the training and programming when you catch a cold or something like that?
Just don't train until you recover.
I don't remmember last time when I had a cold, probably 20 years ago, if I don't count 2020 with the virus, but if you have it you need to rest and start slowly again
I did twice a week training. Low volume and low intensity. But after 5 weeks I always hit a wall. I lost strength. Frequency starts to weaken me so I do once a week now and Im stronger than ever. You mentioned trainig through it. Could you explain this more. I've lost so much strength due to frequency training. Even at the lowest of intensities.
Do you mean two days a week, or twice per day?
I noticed you're not wearing wrist wraps anymore. Has your wrist health improved?
Yeah wrist is good
I didnt use at all wrist wrap from when I started the new cycle
