Hi Nick , Thanks for another great compilation video of your adventures in Glencoe.I saw you parked up on the road, at loch lomond (sat 05/09) and was going to say Hi but did not want to delay you and your good lady as appeared you were just about to depart for onward journey. So saying hi now and thanks for all your efforts and hard work in putting this content together. Hope to be a base camp owner soon Cheers.
Hi Neil. Small world! It was great place to stop and I had planned it in advance to be sure I could get the caravan down that road safely. Thanks for your great comment.
Excellent video again Nick. You certainly had a mixed bag weather wise but made the best of the good weather. I have added a few more walks to the list. Looking forward to the next adventure you share.
Thanks Ian😊. If we’d had more time I would have liked to have got the small foot ferry to the Isle of Kerrera. The guide on our boat trip explained that There are no cars on the island. It’s for walking only. Would be a good day out.
Been waiting on this one Nick I saw your pictures on The Basecamp Facebook page. I’m actually sitting watching this in my New Basecamp 2 I picked up yesterday and it’s all down to your inspirational vlogs. You were in my Favourite area this time The Highlands are truly Gods country and I live 2hrs away from them so that site is now on my list. Glad you had a great time and good effort on the pronunciations of the place names lol. Might see you on a site somewhere 👍🏻🏴 🏴keep them coming superb video
Thanks John for your amazing comment. Hope you’re enjoying your new Basecamp. It was an amazing trip and without a doubt the best one so far. My wife and I absolutely loved it and the scenery was superb. Can’t wait to go back. Which we live two hours away!
Yeh I worked in a Hydroelectric power station for a couple of months in Ffestiniog years ago, gorgeous area and visited Porthmadog for pints every day lol want to get back around that area.
Love your videos we have just spent an almost identical weekend in Glencoe but at the ccc site in our xplore 302 . We had great weather and will be back to visit again soon might try the Invercoe site.
We drove through Glencoe several years back on a Wintery afternoon. Hard to put my finger on it but somehow it just felt odd - beautiful to look at but sort of uneasy. I only felt well again once we'd left 😳
You are absolutely right. Good spot! However on the website it’s called Invercoe Highland holidays so I refer to it by both names in the video. Where are the real mistake is in the name of the loch. At the start of the video I name the Loch Linnie when it should be Loch Leven. I only realised this after I uploaded the video🤦♂️
The midges came early in the morning and then at dusk. They where annoying but with midge spray on it was manageable. During the main part of the day I didn’t see a midge.
Hi. Great series of vlogs. Just wondering what hiking and weather apps you are using in the video? We are temporarily grounded following an accident, but enjoy your videos are getting inspiration when we are out and about next, and any handy apps will be welcome. Thanks.
Incredible film. Interesting in so many ways. Thanks for sharing.

My wife has never been to Wales so there and the Lake District is on my list if I ever manage to drag myself out of Scotland 😂
@@johnstewart2507 Wales especially the north (I’m biased😂) is beautiful but doesn’t quite trump the highlands.

Great video, definitely added Glencoe to the bucket list!
It’s an awesome place. We only scratched the surface so there is loads more to see and do.
Another great vlog, most entertaining, keep em coming.
I’ll try my best! Thanks for your comment🙂

The weather turned out to be great albeit a few downpours. The forecast for the week was persistent rain everyday so we very nearly cancelled!
Great Vlog. it's a shame it had to end. More please 🤔

You know the history…. The glencoe massacre?
I do now. Thanks 👍
Really enjoyed the video, the scenery was epic!
Thanks Linda. The scenery in Scotland is incredible
1:11 I believe the correct name is "The Invercoe Caravan and Camping Park, Glencoe". A very good and informative vlog. Thank you!

Another great video, was looking forward to this one after seeing the updates in the FB owners club forum. Amazing site!
Thanks Calvin. The site was by far the best one we have stayed at so far. Highly recommend it.
Very nice video 😍😍😍
Good video.
If I may;
Loch Lee-vin
Ar-ris-ay-g
Ker-rer-ra
Dun-nol-lee
I’ll try harder next time on the pronunciation👍🏻
Fantastic video, were the midgies any problem ? We stayed in Stonehaven ( east coast) recently to cycle along the Deeside way and were midge free
The midges came early in the morning and then at dusk. They where annoying but with midge spray on it was manageable. During the main part of the day I didn’t see a midge.

No problem. For hiking I use ‘outdoor active’. A brilliant app for planning routes and navigation. The rain app is ‘rain today’.
Brilliant. Thank you. We’ll be out there again soon, hopefully!
Which part of the country are you from?
The clue is in my channel name!
Which BMW do you use to tow your base camp
