Pictory vs Descript Comparison - Better Voiceover? Editing?

The Pictory vs Descript comparison is a close tool matchup. Pictory is mainly used to turn text and articles into videos. Descript is a speciality AI video editing tool. Both of these tools can be used to create voiceovers to be used on videos.
Descript has the better voiceover features in my personal opinion. Pictory can make better videos though. Both tools are great but great for different reasons of their own.
